There are a number of bilateral consultation mechanisms between Bangladesh and Nepal that meet regularly to identify new scopes and review the progress in different areas of cooperation. These are: 

Foreign Office Consultation (FOC)

Commerce Secretary Level Meeting (CSLM)

Joint Economic Commission (JEC)

Joint Steering Committee (JSC) on Power

Joint Group of Customs

Besides these bilateral mechanisms, a number of educational, cultural, business and research organizations are also engaged with their counterpart for institutional cooperation.
