𝐕𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬
A circular (on postal ballot) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission Secretariat (ECS) in connection with the 12th National Parliamentary Elections is enclosed.
As per the circular, a voter's application is required to include his/her voter serial number in the voter roll. This serial number in the voters roll can be found in the 'Smart Election Management BD' app (a few screenshots are enclosed) launched by the Bangladesh Election Commission. For this, the voter will need to log in with his/her NID number after registration in the app.
